The Story Behind the Moment

Everyone deserves a chance to have their moment preserved. To me, photography is a way to hold onto moments that may never happen again.

In sports, the action is exhilarating, but the reactions are what create the story. I pay just as much attention to people on the sidelines, in the stands, and after events as I do to the action itself. Sports are about so much more than the medal; they're about the people, emotions, and moments that stay with us long after the competition ends.

That idea carries into my portrait photography. I don't just want to take a good photo of someone. I want to capture their personality, emotion, and the little moments that truly show who they are.

Whether I'm on the sidelines, out in a meadow, or editing videos, I want people to feel those moments when they look back. The moments worth remembering aren't always the biggest ones. They're the ones that tell a story.
